Naturopathic physical examinations including: blood pressure, pulse, respiration, lymph, hair, skin, eyes, ears, tongue, nails, & abdominal palpation may be conducted

Iridology analysis is also used to determine an individual’s constitution & possible nurture points in specific body systems

In some cases referral to a General Practitioner (GP) will be given to undertake pathology testing &/or for further diagnosis

Functional Pathology Testing

Functional pathology testing may be conducted to gain further insight on the state of an individual’s health. It can be particularly useful in cases where pathology test results from a GP are ‘normal’ but an individual is still experiencing signs & symptoms.

Testing can be conducted for all body functions & systems, including the following;

Used to assist with the assessment of infection, &/or parasites, gastrointestinal function, microbiome status, dysbiosis, & conditions such as small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), small intestinal fungal overgrowth (SIFO), & food allergies or intolerances

Functional Pathology Testing is an additional cost to the consultation process & does not receive Medicare rebates. Relevancy, requirement, & cost will be discussed within the consultation process. Testing is only offered when booking a consultation. A follow-up consultation to discuss test results is also required.
